Jenkins also affirmed that she had been open to considering anything asked of her for the film. According to her, she had no power to move production for the film forward due to necessary changes that were being enacted at DC at that point. In October 7, 2022, Patty Jenkins participated in an interview with the Matera Film Festival where she revealed that she had already finished writing the final scene in the script the week prior. In April of 2022, Forbes released an interview with Gadot which stated that Gadot and Jenkins were currently collaborating on the script in London. In January 4, 2022, Gal Gadot revealed in an interview with InStyle Magazine that they were currently developing the script for the third film.
